Titanium wire is divided into pure titanium wire and alloy wire. The main use scope of pure titanium wire TA1 (GR1) and TA2 (GR2) is: medical use, welding wire for equipment welding, titanium wire for glasses and other accessories, such as titanium alloy glasses frames, structural wire for hangers, and can also be used for weaving titanium mesh, as well as titanium wire made into titanium powder for 3D printers; titanium alloy wire TC4 (Gr5) is mainly used in welding, screws and nuts (Apple mobile phones use 2.42mm titanium nuts), and as elastic wire, it can be made into springs for automobile and motorcycle shock absorbers or other spring equipment. The advantages are light weight and high strength.
