What is TA1 (GR1) titanium foil?
It is high-purity titanium, titanium foil, specification 0.05-0.4mm. Titanium foil is mainly used in aerospace, navigation, nuclear power, electronics, chemical industry, petroleum, precision manufacturing, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Titanium foil grades: TA2/GR2, TA1/GR1, TC4/GR5.
Implementation standard: GB/T3622-2012, ASTM B265
Titanium foil purity: 99.7%
Density: 4.51 g/cm3
Melting point: 1660℃
Titanium foil, with six major features: High strength: Titanium has a strength/density ratio that is better than other metals, and titanium can be used to make components with high strength, good rigidity and light weight. Titanium is used in aircraft engines, frames, skins, fasteners and landing gear.

Solder (for welding titanium Gr1 foil):
Titanium Gr1 has very good weldability. It is essentially a single-phase material, and the α-phase microstructure is not greatly affected by heat treatment or welding temperature. Therefore, the mechanical properties of a properly welded joint equal or exceed those of the parent material and show good ductility.
