Tungsten Electrodes are a type of welding consumable made from pure tungsten, Lanthanum Tungsten Electrode, Thoriated Tungsten Electrode, and Ceriated Tungsten Electrode. Lanthanum tungsten electrode is an electrode product in which tungsten is doped with lanthanum oxide. It has good ductility, creep resistance and mechanical cutting performance, and is suitable for AC welding. Depending on the doping amount of the dopant, the color code coating head of the electrode is black, golden yellow and sky blue.

In these applications, electrodes are subjected to high temperature and arc discharge, while tungsten-lanthanum electrodes can maintain better stability and life.
Lanthanum tungsten electrodes can be used in both direct current welding and alternating current welding.
No radiation, low evaporation rate, good arc starting performance, high arc column stability, good ductility, excellent ablation resistance and mechanical cutting performance.

All orders are shipped securely, with appropriate padding and packaging to ensure that the Tungsten Electrodes arrive in perfect condition. We also use shrink wrap to protect the product from any damage during transit.
