5. Application Of Diameter 0.265mm Tungsten Filament For Photoelectric Industry:
The resistivity of photoelectric tungsten wire is 5.3*10^-8. High resistivity, high melting point, strong strength, and low vapor pressure are all characteristics of tungsten. It is the best material for making incandescent lamp tungsten wire among all pure metals. Ammonium paratungstate (APT) is primarily used as a raw ingredient in the production of photoelectric tungsten wire.The general process is to roast ammonium paratungstate into tungsten trioxide in air at about 500°C, or slightly reduce it to blue tungsten oxide in hydrogen at about 450°C. When the diameter of tungsten wire reaches the micron level, it is difficult to accurately measure its diameter with a conventional caliper. Therefore, internationally, the weight of a tungsten wire with a diameter of less than 0.2mm is usually expressed by the weight of its cut length of 200mm wire.
