Molybdenum plate is bent, riveted, or welded to create the TZM molybdenum boat, which can then be utilized as a bearing container for sintered items in a heat-treating furnace.
The TZM molybdenum boat has the advantages of high strength, long service life, good integrity, strong deformation resistance, not easy to break, and is made of sheet metal bent with molybdenum plate and good welding performance.
In the vacuum sintering process, using a closed molybdenum carrier boat can lower production costs and increase the vacuum furnace's lifespan. The sintering boat may also verify that the product is consistent and that the sintered material has good temperature uniformity.
At high temperatures, some sintered products will chemically react with molybdenum, corroding the vacuum furnace and resulting in damage. When the product is heated in a molybdenum boat, the molybdenum boat can preserve the vacuum furnace and save production costs by serving as both a container for the sintered parts and a means of isolating the steam produced by the sintered parts from contact with the outside furnace body.
