1.Product Descriptionn of TZM Molybdenum Alloy Top Head:
The mandrel head for the seamless steel pipe is constructed from a molybdenum alloy called the molybdenum top head, which is composed of molybdenum, titanium, zirconium, and carbon. For seamless perforated steel pipes made of materials including molybdenum, molybdenum alloy, stainless steel, brazing steel, and other specialty parts.
The basic material for the top head of the molybdenum alloy is molybdenum powder FMo-1 mixed with rare earth material. This material is then processed by mixing, forming, shaping, high temperature sintering, and other steps to create the finished product. The final item has a density of around 9.4g/cm3.

Molybdenum powder→preparation of additives→mixing of molybdenum powder and additives→pack material→cold isostatic pressing→turning and repairing→high temperature sintering in intermediate frequency furnace→inspection→finished product
4.Characteristic of TZM Molybdenum Alloy Top Head:
High temperature strength, good high temperature oxidation resistance, long service life, corrosion resistance and not easy to color glass.
5.Application of TZM Molybdenum Alloy Top Head:
For seamless perforated steel pipes made of materials including molybdenum, molybdenum alloy, stainless steel, brazing steel, and other specialty parts. It is mainly used for the perforation of seamless steel pipes such as stainless steel, brazing steel, bearing steel and high-temperature alloy steel, and for the severe, high-temperature hot-rolled perforation of seamless pipes made of various materials.
