1. Description of Big Size Sintered 99.95% Tungsten Crucible:
Tungsten has the characteristics of high melting point, high strength and hardness, good high temperature performance, low resistivity, small expansion coefficient, and small electronic work function. It is a widely used high temperature resistant metal material.
Pure tungsten is used to make tungsten crucibles, which have the same properties as pure tungsten. It is an important container for sapphire crystal growth thermal field, rare earth smelting, quartz continuous melting and high temperature heat treatment furnace. It can be used in vacuum or inert gas below 2600℃.

Common Density:17.8 g/cm3~18.3 g/cm3；
Special process density:>18.5 g/cm3.

3. Craft of Big Size Sintered 99.95% Tungsten Crucible:
The powder metallurgy sintering molding process is the most widely used, suitable for the preparation of large-sized crucibles, with a diameter of 100mm~700mm. Common crucible shapes include round, square, long strip, V-shaped, etc. According to customer requirements, we can provide conventional density (≤18.3g) /cm3) and high-density crucibles (≤19/cm3).
