3. Working principle of WCu30 Tungsten Copper Alloy Sealing Welded Electrode:
In the process of sealing and welding, the electrodes rotate while moving (through the electrode wheel), and the electrodes are energized intermittently under a certain pressure. Due to the contact resistance between the electrodes and the cover plate and between the cover plate and the welding frame, the welding current will Joule heat is generated at these two contact resistances, and a molten state is formed locally between the cover plate and the welding frame, and a solder joint is formed after solidification. Therefore, in addition to the contact tip material, there are many factors that affect the quality of seal welding, such as welding current (voltage, power), welding speed and welding pressure.
4. Application of WCu30 Tungsten Copper Alloy Sealing Welded Electrode:
The sealing process is generally used for welding packaged devices, optical devices, sensor devices, and MEMS devices that require high sealing properties. It is generally carried out in a nitrogen or vacuum atmosphere, and the tungsten copper sealing welding electrode can better ensure the air tightness. At present, the main application fields of tungsten copper electrodes used in parallel molding machines are:
1). Crystal resonator industry: processed into compression molding, clock vibration, half vibration, etc.;
2). Triode packaging industry: processed into mold electrodes;
3). It is suitable for welding of surface workpiece materials such as Kovar alloy, nickel plating and gold plating.
