Molybdenum Guide Cylinder For Monocrystalline Silicon Furnace
1. Description of Molybdenum Guide Cylinder For Monocrystalline Silicon Furnace:
Molybdenum heat shield is another name for molybdenum guide cylinder. The design features a flared form with a big aperture at the top and a little hole at the bottom. There are various styles of upper openings due to different manufacturers of single crystal furnaces. The molybdenum guide cylinder is more and more widely used in the working environment of the single crystal furnace. When it is used, it is placed in the traditional graphite guide tube to improve the crystal pulling rate.
Monocrystalline silicon materials are produced by specialized production of monocrystalline silicon crystal growth furnaces. Increasing the production capacity of monocrystalline silicon and reducing the production cost of monocrystalline silicon are problems that crystal manufacturers have to solve for a long time. Increasing the crystal pulling speed is one of the important means to effectively improve the production efficiency and control the production cost.
The introduction of the molybdenum guide cylinder into the single crystal silicon crystal growth furnace is an important improvement. After using the molybdenum guide cylinder, the argon gas in the upper part of the single crystal silicon crystal growth furnace body becomes smooth, the argon gas flow is accelerated, and the deposition of silicon oxide on the single crystal silicon growth furnace is greatly reduced. Because of the temperature protection of the molybdenum guide tube, the heating time is reduced, the crystallization time is shortened by nearly 35%, and the incidence of crystal dislocations is also reduced. Therefore, the application of molybdenum guide tube reduces energy consumption and improves production efficiency.
